To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Queen de mi Corazón is not responsible in the event an item is not delivered by a specific date. Returns and refunds will not be approved in this circumstance.
We offer size exchanges on our Artisanal Apparel & Jewelry, but do not cover the cost of shipping.
Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional value items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges, Refunds, & Store Credit
Items damaged upon delivery are eligible for an exchange of the same or a similar value product.
We understand sometimes things aren't quite what you expected. However, because all of our pieces are handmade exclusively for you we only offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the cost of shipping.
If shipping was free with purchase, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returned items.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the fulfillment date. It must be unwashed and unworn.
Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until we receive your item(s) back.
Final Sale Items are not eligible for returns (clearance and discounted items)
Please allow 3-6 business days for return processing, once your refund is processed you will receive an email with instructions to use your Store Credit.
Store Credit does not expire.
